Is delivery really free? How long does it take?
Yes—delivery is currently free on all products and continues during Dashain. We deliver to areas served by Nepal Can Move. Enter your area in the form. We’ll confirm delivery timing for your destination on the call; remote locations can take longer. No delivery fee is added at checkout.
Do I need to pay online?
No. All orders use cash on delivery. You don’t need an account, card, eSewa or Khalti payment to order. Boho Nepal will call within 12 hours to confirm before dispatch.
Will it fit my laptop?
We offer 14 inch and 16 inch bag options. Different laptops have different dimensions, even with the same screen size. Tell us your laptop model during the confirmation call so we can check the right option before dispatch.
What is it made of? Is it waterproof?
The bag uses hemp fibre mixed with cotton: a textured herringbone section and a plain fabric pocket. It is not sold as waterproof. Keep your laptop protected from rain and spills. Handmade fabric can have small texture and colour differences.
How do I clean it?
Hand wash gently in cold water and dry in the shade. Remove your laptop and other belongings first. Avoid harsh scrubbing, bleach and machine washing.
What if I need a change or there’s an issue?
Tell us any size, colour or address changes during the confirmation call before dispatch. For a product issue or return request, contact hello@bohonepal.com within 7 days of receiving your order, as stated in our store’s returns promise. We’ll help with the next steps.
